iPhone 15 Concept & Leaked Colors Incl. New Wallpapers
Design
The upcoming release of the iPhone 15 has been shrouded in secrecy, but leaked CAD files obtained by 9to5mac.com have provided a glimpse into its design. The iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus are set to closely resemble their predecessors, the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus, with a few notable changes. For instance, the lightning port has been replaced by a USB-C port to comply with EU regulations, though it's expected to have slower transfer speeds than the iPhone 15 Pro.
Thinner bezels, similar to those of the 2022 iPhone 14 Pro, are also expected. Additionally, the camera is slated to be larger, while the most significant change pertains to the FaceID module and front-facing camera. The entire iPhone 15 lineup, including the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus, is expected to incorporate Dynamic Island, according to several sources and the leaked CAD’s.
Finally, the frame of the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus is set to have slightly curved edges, making it a sleek and stylish option. Overall, the iPhone 15 seems to be an evolution rather than a revolution from its predecessor, with the design mostly unchanged but with some welcome enhancements.
Apple is also expected to use the A16 Bionic Chip in both the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus. A16 Bionic is currently powering only the iPhone 14 Pro models.
Colors
We also have more information regarding the colors of the iPhone 15. A new light Blue and a magenta / pink version are expected. 9to5mac has also shared some samples of how these colors could look like. Hence, we took advantage of this and tried to imagine how they could look like.
