It's noteworthy that this marks a departure from Apple's usual product launch strategy, as they have rarely, if ever, unveiled a new product through a press release. It's important to emphasize that the Apple Vision Pro represents a groundbreaking entry into an entirely new product category for Apple. Despite this significant milestone, Apple has opted not to host a traditional Apple Event, instead opting to make the announcement via a press release on their official website, apple.com.
