Apple Fitness+ Unveils New Year Features and Collaborations
Apple Fitness+ is kicking off the new year with an array of new features and offerings designed to help users stay active and mindful. Starting January 8, Apple Fitness+ introduces a new sound meditation theme to help users relax and feel restored, featuring soothing tones and rhythms. Additionally, a workout program titled "Strength, Core, and Yoga for Golfers" has been designed with the professional golfer Rose Zhang to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility for golf enthusiasts.
An Artist Spotlight series will also be launching, celebrating the countdown to the Apple Music Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show with workouts featuring music by iconic performers, including Rihanna, Britney Spears, U2, and this year’s headliner, USHER.
Furthermore, the fifth season of Time to Walk is being introduced, featuring inspiring guests such as Jamie Lee Curtis, Amber Ruffin, Jason Segel, and many others, sharing personal stories to motivate users during their walks. For the first time, select Time to Walk episodes will be available on Apple Podcasts, allowing even those without a Fitness+ subscription to enjoy the content. This is highly welcome considering the limited availability of Fitness+ in select markets.
