Apple Music Classical Now Available In Japan, China, Korea & More Regions

Apple Music is expanding its reach in the classical music realm by introducing Apple Music Classical platform to more countries in Asia. Apple Music Classical is now available in Japan, China, Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Classical music enthusiasts in these regions now have access to an extensive collection of classical music, curated playlists, and exclusive content. This expansion not only broadens the availability of classical music but also fosters a deeper appreciation for this genre in culturally rich and diverse markets.

Apple previewed the release of Apple Music Classical in a post on X.com (formerly Twitter) back on January 9. The app was available for pre-order in the respective local App Stores but is now available for immediate download and use.

Apple Music Classical is a dedicated application aimed at classical music lovers. It offers a vast collection of high-quality classical music, including exclusive recordings and expertly curated playlists. Tailored for both enthusiasts and newcomers, it enhances the classical music experience with specialized search functions and in-depth content. This service is included in the standard Apple Music subscription at no additional cost, allowing subscribers access to both the comprehensive music library and the classical genre in one seamless experience. Apple had acquired Primephonic, a classical music streaming service back in 2021. Apple Music Classical is based on Primephonic’s application.
