You'll need an iPhone or iPad equipped with Face ID close at hand. When ordering the Apple Vision Pro, a face scan using these devices is necessary. This process helps determine the correct size for the Light Seal and headband, ensuring a precise and comfortable fit.

2. Update Your Apple Store App:

Make sure your Apple Store app is up-to-date. The face scan feature requires the latest version of the app, released on January 11.

3. Have Your Vision Prescription Ready:

Designed for use without traditional glasses, Apple Vision Pro introduces custom optical inserts in partnership with ZEISS. These inserts cater to most vision prescriptions.
